Delek Logistics Partners, LP, based in Brentwood, Tennessee, provides logistics and marketing services in the U.S. energy market. It has three segments: Pipelines and Transportation, Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling, and Investment in Pipeline Joint Ventures. Its assets move, store and market crude oil, intermediate and refined products.

The Pipelines and Transportation segment uses pipelines, trucks and related assets to gather crude oil and carry crude and refined products, supporting the Tyler, El Dorado and Big Spring refineries. It includes about 400 miles of crude oil pipelines and 450 miles of refined product pipelines, plus tank storage of about 10.2 million barrels.

The Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling segment markets, stores and handles refined products, mostly for independent third parties. The partnership also owns stakes in three joint ventures that build and run crude oil pipelines. Formed in 2012, it is a subsidiary of Delek US Holdings, Inc.
