CrossAmerica Partners LP (CAPL)

CrossAmerica Partners LP is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It distributes motor fuel at wholesale, runs convenience stores, and owns and leases real estate used for retail fuel sales in the United States. Founded in 1992 as Lehigh Gas Partners LP, it adopted its current name in October 2014. It reports two segments, Wholesale and Retail.

The Wholesale segment supplies fuel to lessee dealers, independent dealers, commission agents and company-run stations. As of December 31, 2021, it distributed to about 1,750 sites in 34 states, and the company owned or leased about 1,150 retail sites.

The Retail segment sells convenience store merchandise and motor fuel at company-operated sites and at locations run by commission agents.
