Tradr 2X Long CRML Daily ETF (CRMX)

The Tradr 2X Long CRML Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily performance of the common stock of Critical Metals Corp. (CRML). The target applies to a single trading day, so returns over longer periods can differ substantially from the multiple of the stock's return because of daily compounding.

Critical Metals Corp. is a mineral exploration and development company whose main assets are the Tanbreez rare earth project in southern Greenland and the Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria. The fund gets its exposure mainly through swap agreements and may also use options or hold shares of the stock, keeping its remaining assets in cash and short-term instruments.

The fund is sponsored by Tradr ETFs. Because it resets its exposure every day, it is built as a short-term trading tool rather than a buy-and-hold investment.
