The Tradr 2X Long AAOI Daily ETF is a single-stock leveraged fund from Tradr ETFs that seeks daily investment results equal to two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Applied Optoelectronics, a designer and manufacturer of fiber-optic transceivers and related networking components used by data center and broadband operators.

The fund gains its exposure through swap agreements and other derivatives referencing Applied Optoelectronics shares and rebalances daily to restore its 2x target. Because the leverage resets each day, the fund's return over periods longer than one day is not expected to equal twice the stock's return for that period, and the gap can widen when the stock is volatile.
