The Corgi U.S. Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF - July Series (CJUL) is a defined-outcome exchange-traded fund offered under the Corgi ETF brand that seeks returns linked to U.S. large-cap stocks over an outcome period beginning in July.

The fund uses options to provide upside participation up to a cap set at the start of each period while seeking to buffer against the first 15 percent of losses in its reference equity benchmark. The buffer and cap apply only to shares held for the full outcome period, after which the options are reset with new terms.
