BNY Mellon Core Plus ETF (BCPL)

The BNY Mellon Core Plus ETF (BCPL) is an actively managed bond fund sponsored by BNY Mellon's investment management business.

A core plus strategy builds on a core portfolio of investment-grade U.S. fixed-income securities, such as Treasury and agency bonds, mortgage-backed securities and investment-grade corporate bonds, and adds "plus" sectors that can broaden the opportunity set. These may include high-yield corporate debt, emerging markets bonds and securitized credit, generally held in smaller amounts.

The portfolio managers adjust duration, sector allocations and individual security selection based on their views of interest rates, credit conditions and relative value, rather than replicating a bond index. The fund's goal is to provide total return from a combination of income and price changes.
