AllianzIM U.S. Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Apr ETF (ARLU)

The AllianzIM U.S. Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Apr ETF (ARLU) is a defined outcome fund from Allianz Investment Management. It seeks exposure to the U.S. large-cap market, represented by the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, while buffering against the first 15% of losses over a one-year outcome period that starts each April.

Rather than capping gains at a fixed level, the fund participates in a share of the reference ETF's upside determined by a participation rate set at the beginning of each period. The payoff is constructed with FLEX options.

The defined buffer and upside participation are intended for investors who hold through the entire outcome period; results may differ for shares bought or sold mid-period.
