About Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp.

Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company formed to merge with an operating business and take it public. It completed its initial public offering on December 29, 2021, selling 10,350,000 units at $10.00 each for gross proceeds of $103.5 million. The units, Class A shares and warrants were listed on Nasdaq under the symbols AOGOU, AOGO and AOGOW. The company is based in Miami, Florida.

Like many SPACs from the 2021 boom, Arogo struggled to complete a merger within its original deadline and repeatedly extended it. Each extension vote led many shareholders to redeem their shares for cash from the trust account, shrinking the public float. In June 2024 Arogo agreed to combine with Canadian cannabis products company Ayurcann, but that agreement was terminated in November 2024.

Nasdaq notified the company that it no longer met requirements for the market value of listed securities, publicly held shares and number of holders. After a hearing panel denied its request to remain listed, trading on Nasdaq was suspended on September 17, 2024, and the securities moved to the over-the-counter market. In February 2025 Arogo signed a business combination agreement with Thai telecommunications company Bangkok Tellink, which had not closed as of its latest annual report.
