About Amaze Holdings Inc
Amaze Holdings, Inc. is a creator-commerce company headquartered in Costa Mesa, California. It describes its business as an end-to-end platform offering product creation tools, e-commerce capabilities and managed services that let creators sell products and earn income through shoppable content.
The company became public through a merger of Amaze Software with Fresh Vine Wine, Inc., a wine company that had listed on NYSE American under the symbol VINE. After the merger, the company took the name Amaze Holdings and traded on NYSE American as AMZE.
The share price was weak after the combination. In July 2026, NYSE American halted trading because of the abnormally low price level. The company then effected a 1-for-8 reverse stock split on July 24, 2026, reducing its authorized common shares from 750 million to 93.75 million to accommodate the split.
Trading resumed on a split-adjusted basis on July 27, 2026, and the company announced that it had regained compliance with NYSE American continued listing standards. It also said it was evaluating strategic options.
On September 29, 2026, NYSE American notified the company that it would begin delisting proceedings under Section 1003(f)(v) of the Company Guide because of the low selling price of its common stock, and trading was suspended immediately. The company stated on September 30 that it would not appeal.
The stock began quotation on the OTC Pink Limited Market, and the company said it planned to apply for quotation on the OTCQB. NYSE American filed a Form 25 on October 1, 2026, and removal from listing took effect on October 12, 2026. The delisting was not an acquisition or merger, so no shareholder consideration was paid.
