About ACRT
The ProShares Russell 2000 Autocallable Income ETF is an income-oriented fund from ProShares. It seeks to generate income through exposure to autocallable structures linked to the Russell 2000 Index, the widely followed benchmark of small-capitalization U.S. stocks.
Each autocallable pays a coupon while the Russell 2000 stays above a barrier level and is called early, returning principal, if the index is at or above a set level on a scheduled observation date. If the index ends below the barrier at maturity, the position bears losses linked to the index decline. The fund replicates these payoffs with derivatives and holds a ladder of exposures with staggered dates.
The ETF trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker ACRT.
