Innovator Index Autocallable Income Strategy ETF (ACII)

The Innovator Index Autocallable Income Strategy ETF is an income-focused fund from Innovator ETFs. It seeks to produce high income by replicating the economics of a laddered portfolio of autocallable notes linked to a market index, constructing the exposures with derivatives instead of purchasing bank-issued notes.

Each autocallable position pays a coupon while its reference index remains above a barrier level and is called if the index is at or above its initial level on an observation date, at which point it is replaced in the ladder. If the index ends below the barrier at maturity, the position bears losses tied to the index decline.
