Innovator Equity Autocallable Income Strategy ETF (ACEI)

The Innovator Equity Autocallable Income Strategy ETF is an income-focused fund from Innovator ETFs. It seeks to generate high monthly income by replicating the economics of a laddered portfolio of autocallable notes linked to a U.S. equity benchmark, using derivatives rather than buying notes from banks.

Each autocallable exposure pays a coupon while the reference index stays above a barrier and is called early if the index is at or above its starting level on an observation date, after which a new exposure is added to the ladder. If the index ends below the barrier at maturity, the position loses value in line with the index decline.
