Twenty One Capital, Inc. (XXI)

Twenty One Capital, Inc. is a bitcoin-focused company whose Class A common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange. It was created with backing from stablecoin issuer Tether and digital asset exchange Bitfinex, together with SoftBank, and became publicly traded through a business combination with Cantor Equity Partners, a special purpose acquisition company affiliated with Cantor Fitzgerald.

The company holds bitcoin on its balance sheet and is designed around bitcoin as its core asset and unit of measure. It is led by Jack Mallers, the founder of the Strike payments app.

Beyond accumulating bitcoin, Twenty One Capital aims to build bitcoin-native financial products and services, including capital markets, lending and educational offerings, and to promote bitcoin adoption more broadly.
