Corgi U.S. Technology 2x Daily ETF (XLKX)

The Corgi U.S. Technology 2x Daily ETF is a leveraged exchange-traded fund listed on Cboe BZX under the ticker XLKX. It seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of approximately two times the daily performance of a benchmark of U.S. technology sector stocks.

The technology sector includes semiconductor companies, software and IT services firms, and makers of computers, networking and communications equipment. The fund achieves its leverage primarily through derivatives such as swap agreements and resets its exposure each trading day.

Because the 2x objective applies to single-day returns, performance over longer periods can differ meaningfully from twice the benchmark's return, especially in volatile markets. The fund is part of the Corgi ETF family.
