Corgi U.S. Real Estate 2x Daily ETF (XHOA)

The Corgi U.S. Real Estate 2x Daily ETF is a leveraged exchange-traded fund listed on Cboe BZX under the ticker XHOA. It seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of approximately two times the daily performance of a benchmark of U.S. real estate stocks.

The underlying sector consists mainly of real estate investment trusts and real estate management and development companies that own or operate properties such as offices, apartments, warehouses, data centers, retail centers and cell towers. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to obtain its leverage and rebalances daily.

Because the 2x target applies to each day individually, returns over longer periods can deviate substantially from twice the benchmark's return. The fund belongs to the Corgi ETF family.
