VerifyMe, Inc. and its subsidiary PeriShip Global, LLC provide technology that links brands with consumers and manages the logistics of their products. It has two segments: VerifyMe Solutions and PeriShip Global Solutions. VerifyMe Solutions lets brand owners interact directly with consumers and collect business data. Its tools protect brands and supply chains through counterfeit prevention, authentication, serialization, and track and trace for labels, packaging and products. It also offers consumer engagement tools and custom printing with its own inks.

PeriShip Global Solutions uses predictive analytics to improve the shipping and delivery of time-sensitive perishable goods. Its PeriTrack dashboard gives customers real-time shipping data through a web portal. The segment also offers call center support, pre-transit and post-delivery logistics management, and weather and traffic monitoring.

The company works with partners to add to its technology, including INX International Ink Company. VerifyMe was founded in 1999 and is based in Rochester, New York. It continues to develop its products to help brands in many industries with security, consumer engagement and efficiency.
