Velos Acquisition I Corp. (VLOS)

Velos Acquisition I Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq. It was set up to raise money in an initial public offering and then complete a merger, share exchange or similar combination with one or more private operating businesses.

Before a combination, the company has no operations of its own, and the offering proceeds are normally kept in a trust account. Its registration statement and later SEC filings give its intended target industries and the terms of any proposed deal.
