Versigent PLC (VGNT)

Versigent PLC is a global supplier of signal, power and data distribution systems for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets. It was formed through the spin-off of the Electrical Distribution Systems business of Aptiv PLC, and its shares began regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange in April 2026 after Aptiv distributed them to its shareholders.

Versigent designs and manufactures the electrical architecture that connects components throughout a vehicle, including wiring harnesses, connectors, cable assemblies and related systems for both low-voltage and high-voltage applications. Its products are used in conventional, hybrid and electric vehicles, and it supplies vehicle manufacturers worldwide.

The business traces its history back roughly a century through Aptiv and its predecessor Delphi. It operates engineering centers on several continents and manufacturing facilities in dozens of countries.
