ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (UXRP)

ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (UXRP) is a leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results equal to two times (2x) the daily performance of XRP, the native digital asset of the XRP Ledger. The fund does not aim to deliver twice the return of XRP over periods longer than a single day.

The fund obtains its exposure through derivatives such as futures contracts and swap agreements rather than by holding XRP tokens directly. Because the exposure is reset daily, compounding can cause the fund's results over weeks or months to differ significantly from two times XRP's return over that period, particularly when the asset is volatile.

The fund is sponsored by ProShares, a Bethesda, Maryland-based provider of leveraged, inverse and digital asset ETFs.
