Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited (UFG)

Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited is a marine fuels solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. Founded in 2021, it supplies fuel to vessels on behalf of shipping companies and works with marine fuel suppliers, serving customers both in port and offshore around the world.

The company markets, resells and brokers bunker fuels, including very low sulfur fuel oil, high sulfur fuel oil and marine gas oil. Under its sales model, Uni-Fuels manages the customer relationship and guarantees supply while sourcing the fuel and delivery from third-party suppliers, adding value through trade credit, financing, risk management and market knowledge. Under its brokerage model, it connects customers with suppliers in exchange for a fee.

Uni-Fuels also arranges occasional shipping-related services such as ship agents, provisions and fuel surveyors. It completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in 2025.
