MorningStar Partners, L.P. (TXO)

MorningStar Partners, L.P., based in Fort Worth, Texas, buys, develops, optimizes and produces conventional oil, natural gas and natural gas liquid reserves in North America. As of July 31, 2022, it held working interests covering 850,009 gross acres. These are mainly in the San Juan Basin of New Mexico and Colorado and the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico.

The partnership was formed in 2012 and has built its portfolio through targeted investments. It draws on experience in reservoir management and boosting production, and it uses efficient operations and technology to get more value from its assets.

The partnership says it focuses on responsible resource development, environmental care and regulatory compliance as it pursues new opportunities in the market.
