VanEck Communication Services TruSector ETF (TRUC)

The VanEck Communication Services TruSector ETF (TRUC) is part of VanEck's TruSector series of U.S. sector funds. It provides exposure to companies in the communication services sector, including telecommunications carriers, media and entertainment companies, and interactive internet and social media platforms.

The TruSector funds use a rules-based approach intended to give a more representative picture of each sector than traditional cap-weighted sector funds, which can be dominated by a handful of very large companies. VanEck, the New York-based asset manager, sponsors the fund, which trades on the Nasdaq.
