Thornburg Core Plus Bond ETF (TPLS)

The Thornburg Core Plus Bond ETF (TPLS) is an actively managed fixed income fund from Thornburg Investment Management, the Santa Fe-based asset manager. The fund seeks total return through a combination of income and capital appreciation.

As a core-plus strategy, it builds its portfolio around investment-grade bonds such as U.S. Treasuries, agency and corporate debt, and securitized assets, while giving the managers flexibility to add sectors outside the traditional core, such as high-yield or non-U.S. debt, when they see value. Thornburg's portfolio managers make security selection and sector allocation decisions based on fundamental research rather than tracking an index. The ETF is listed on the Nasdaq.
