iShares S&P 500 3% Capped ETF (TOPC)

The iShares S&P 500 3% Capped ETF is a passively managed fund from BlackRock's iShares that tracks a version of the S&P 500 in which no single company can exceed a 3% weight.

The fund holds the large U.S. companies that make up the S&P 500, but excess weight from the biggest constituents is redistributed to the rest of the index at each rebalance. This reduces concentration in the largest stocks compared with the standard market-cap-weighted index while keeping broad exposure to U.S. large caps. BlackRock is headquartered in New York.
