Templeton Emerging Markets Debt ETF (TEMD)

The Templeton Emerging Markets Debt ETF (TEMD) is an actively managed fixed income exchange-traded fund from Franklin Templeton that invests in bonds issued in emerging market countries.

The fund draws on the Templeton global macro and fixed income teams' research to invest in sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate debt of developing economies, including both U.S. dollar-denominated and local currency bonds. Managers evaluate country fundamentals, interest rate prospects and currency trends to position the portfolio.

Its objective is to seek total return, combining current income with potential capital appreciation from emerging markets debt.
