Stewards Inc (SWRD)

Stewards Inc. is a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based provider of alternative financing to small and mid-sized businesses in the United States. The company was formerly known as FAVO Capital, Inc. and adopted the Stewards name in 2025.

Its financing products include revenue-based funding, merchant cash advances, equipment financing, business term loans and lines of credit, aimed at businesses that may not be well served by traditional bank lending. The company operates both a direct funding platform and a syndication platform through which outside participants can share in revenue-based funding transactions.

Stewards reports through two segments, Financing Solutions and Real Estate Operations. Its common stock trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker SWRD.
