Solstice Advanced Materials Inc. is a specialty materials company headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Honeywell spun it off as an independent public company in 2025.

Its refrigerants and applied solutions business makes low-global-warming-potential hydrofluoroolefin refrigerants, blowing agents, propellants and solvents under the Solstice brand. These are sold for air conditioning, refrigeration, insulation and other uses. Its electronic and specialty materials business supplies ultra-high-purity materials for semiconductor manufacturing, Spectra high-strength fiber for protective equipment, Aclar barrier films for pharmaceutical packaging, and other specialty chemicals.

The company also takes part in the nuclear fuel cycle through uranium hexafluoride conversion services. It serves customers in the industrial, electronics, healthcare, defense and energy markets worldwide.
