South Bow Corporation (SOBO)

South Bow Corporation is a Canadian energy infrastructure company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. It was created in 2024 when TC Energy spun off its liquids pipelines business into an independent public company.

South Bow owns and operates crude oil pipelines that carry oil from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin to markets in the U.S. Midwest and the U.S. Gulf Coast. Its main asset is the Keystone Pipeline System, which includes the Marketlink and Grand Rapids pipelines along with related terminal and storage facilities.

Most of the company's revenue comes from long-term committed capacity contracts with shippers, mainly crude oil producers and refiners. It also offers uncommitted transportation and marketing services.
