Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI)

Robinhood Ventures Fund I is a closed-end fund sponsored by an affiliate of Robinhood Markets, the online brokerage company based in Menlo Park, California. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.

The fund is designed to give everyday investors exposure to private, venture-backed companies that are typically available only to institutional and accredited investors. It holds a concentrated portfolio of stakes in late-stage private technology and growth companies, acquired through private funding rounds and secondary transactions, alongside cash and liquid holdings.
