Range Capital Acquisition Corp II (RNGT)

Range Capital Acquisition Corp II is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, whose Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq. It is the second blank-check vehicle from the Range Capital sponsor group.

The company was formed to raise capital in an initial public offering and then combine with a private operating business, giving that company a route to the public markets. Offering proceeds are kept in a trust account until a merger is completed or the funds are returned to shareholders. The company has no operating business of its own.
