Regentis Biomaterials Ltd. (RGNT)

Regentis Biomaterials Ltd. is a regenerative medicine company based in Israel that develops tissue repair products derived from its hydrogel technology. Its ordinary shares trade on NYSE American under the ticker RGNT, following an initial public offering in 2025.

The company's lead product, GelrinC, is a cell-free, off-the-shelf implant designed to treat painful injuries to the cartilage of the knee. The implant is applied in a liquid form, cured in place with light to fill the defect, and then gradually resorbs as it is replaced by new cartilage-like tissue.

GelrinC has received CE marking in Europe, and Regentis has been conducting a pivotal clinical study in the United States to support regulatory approval. The underlying platform combines polyethylene glycol and denatured fibrinogen and may be applied to other orthopedic indications.
