Range Capital Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, whose ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker RANG. It was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and then complete a merger or other business combination with one or more operating businesses.

The company has no operating business of its own, and offering proceeds are held in a trust account until a combination is completed or shareholders are repaid.
