Rithm Acquisition Corp. (RAC)

Rithm Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, sponsored by an affiliate of Rithm Capital, the New York-based asset manager and real estate and financial services investor. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RAC.

The company was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and then merge with or acquire one or more operating businesses, drawing on its sponsor's investing experience. It has no operations of its own, and offering proceeds are held in a trust account until a business combination is completed or shareholders are repaid.
