Invesco QQQ Equal Weight ETF (QEW)

The Invesco QQQ Equal Weight ETF (ticker QEW) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund from Invesco, part of its family of funds built around the Nasdaq-100 Index. It seeks to track an equal-weighted version of the Nasdaq-100, which contains the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Rather than weighting holdings by market capitalization, the strategy assigns each constituent roughly the same weight and restores that balance at periodic rebalances. This reduces the influence of the biggest technology companies and gives smaller index members a larger role than in the standard cap-weighted index.

The portfolio spans technology, communication services, consumer, health care and industrial companies, offering Nasdaq-100 exposure with a more even distribution across names.
