QDRO Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, also called a blank-check company, whose Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker QADR. It was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering and then merge with, or acquire, one or more operating businesses.

The company has no operations of its own; proceeds from its offering are held in a trust account until it completes a business combination or returns the funds to shareholders.
