Patriot Acquisition Corp. (PTAC)

Patriot Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. It was formed to raise capital through a public offering and use the proceeds to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses.

The company has no operating business of its own. Money raised from public investors is generally held in a trust account until a business combination is completed, or returned to shareholders if a deal is not finalized within its permitted time frame. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq market under the ticker PTAC.
