Power Solutions International, Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures and sells engines and power systems that run on a range of fuels, including natural gas, propane, gasoline, diesel and biofuels. The company is headquartered in Wood Dale, Illinois, and China's Weichai Power is its majority shareholder.

Its products are used in three main end markets. In power systems, it supplies engines and integrated packages for standby and prime power generation, including generators used by data centers, utilities and commercial facilities, as well as oil and gas applications. In industrial markets, its engines power equipment such as forklifts, aerial work platforms, agricultural and turf machinery, and other off-road equipment. In transportation, it provides engines for medium-duty trucks, buses and other on-road vehicles.

Power Solutions International sells mainly to original equipment manufacturers and distributors, and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq market under the ticker PSIX.
