State Street IG Public & Private Credit ETF (PRIV)

The State Street IG Public & Private Credit ETF is an actively managed bond fund from State Street Investment Management, launched in 2025 under the SPDR brand together with Apollo Global Management. It was among the first ETFs designed to include a meaningful allocation to private credit.

The fund invests mainly in investment-grade debt. Most of the portfolio consists of publicly traded bonds, such as corporate, government and securitized issues, while a portion is allocated to privately originated investment-grade credit sourced through Apollo, which also commits to provide liquidity for those private holdings.

Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker PRIV, the fund aims to deliver current income and total return by blending the liquidity of public markets with the additional yield potential of private lending.
