Parabilis Medicines, Inc., formerly known as Fog Pharmaceuticals, is a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Its common stock trades on the Nasdaq.

The company uses its Helicon peptide platform to design stabilized, cell-penetrating peptides that can bind intracellular protein targets traditionally considered undruggable by small molecules or antibodies. Its lead program targets beta-catenin, a key driver of tumor growth in cancers with Wnt pathway mutations, such as many colorectal cancers.

Parabilis is developing additional peptide drug candidates against other cancer targets using the same platform.
