REX NVDA Growth & Income ETF (NVII)

The REX NVDA Growth & Income ETF (NVII) is a fund from REX Shares that combines leveraged exposure to NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) with an options-based income strategy. It seeks to provide modestly amplified participation in NVIDIA's share price while generating regular income.

The fund holds long exposure to NVIDIA above 100% of its assets, mainly through swaps, and writes covered call options on a portion of that position to collect premium, which it distributes to shareholders frequently. Writing calls on only part of the exposure is intended to leave room for upside participation. NVIDIA designs graphics processors, data center accelerators, networking hardware and software platforms such as CUDA that are widely used for artificial intelligence, gaming and professional visualization.
