CO2 Energy Transition Corp. (NOEM) is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, listed on the Nasdaq. It was formed to raise capital in an initial public offering and then combine with an operating business through a merger or similar transaction.

As its name indicates, the company has signaled an interest in businesses connected to the energy transition, such as carbon reduction and lower-emission energy, although a SPAC is generally not limited to a single sector.
