NGL Energy Partners LP, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, provides energy and water services through three segments: Water Solutions, Crude Oil Logistics and Liquids Logistics. Water Solutions transports, treats, recycles and disposes of water produced during oil and gas drilling and production. It also recovers and sells crude oil, disposes of solids and supplies water for reuse.

Crude Oil Logistics buys crude from producers and moves it to refineries and trading hubs using pipeline injection stations, storage terminals and rail facilities. It also offers storage, terminaling and pipeline transportation services.

Liquids Logistics supplies natural gas liquids, refined petroleum products and biodiesel to commercial, retail and industrial customers in the United States and Canada. It uses 24 terminals, third-party storage and leased railcars, and it handles marine exports from a facility in Chesapeake, Virginia. The business traces its history back to 1940.
