NewcelX Ltd. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company whose ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker NCEL. The company was formed through the combination of NLS Pharmaceutics, a Swiss drug developer, with Kadimastem, an Israeli cell therapy company, and it operates primarily from Israel.
