Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS)

Nebius Group N.V. is a technology company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, whose Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS. The company is the successor to Yandex N.V., which divested its Russian businesses in 2024 and relaunched around its remaining international operations under the Nebius name.

Its core business is AI infrastructure. Nebius builds and operates data centers and offers a full-stack cloud platform with large clusters of GPUs, along with software and tools that AI developers and enterprises use to train and run machine learning models. It has data center capacity in Europe and the United States.

The group also includes several other businesses: Avride, which develops autonomous driving technology and delivery robots; TripleTen, an online education service that retrains people for careers in technology; and Toloka, a data provider for AI development. Nebius also holds an equity stake in database company ClickHouse.
