The Marzetti Company (MZTI)

The Marzetti Company is a U.S. specialty food manufacturer headquartered in Westerville, Ohio. Its common stock trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker MZTI. The company was formerly known as Lancaster Colony Corporation and adopted the name of its best-known brand in 2025.

The company operates in two main segments. Its retail segment sells branded products in grocery stores, including Marzetti refrigerated dressings and dips, New York Bakery frozen garlic bread and Texas toast, Sister Schubert's frozen rolls, and croutons and salad toppings. It also produces licensed retail products under restaurant brands such as Olive Garden dressings, Chick-fil-A sauces and Buffalo Wild Wings sauces.

Its foodservice segment manufactures dressings, sauces, frozen breads and other items for national and regional restaurant chains and distributors, often to custom specifications. Production takes place at plants located mainly in Ohio and other Midwestern and Southern states.
