MicroSectors 3x Long MANGOS+ ex Private Companies ETNs are exchange-traded notes, not a fund. They are unsecured debt obligations whose return is linked to three times (3x) the daily performance of an index of large technology-related companies grouped under the MANGOS+ label, excluding companies that are not publicly traded.

The notes target daily leveraged returns, so holding them for more than one day can produce results that differ meaningfully from three times the index's cumulative change. Because they are notes, their value also depends on the credit of the issuing bank. The MicroSectors brand is associated with REX Shares, and the notes trade on NYSE Arca.
