Pacer Swan SOS Moderate March ETF (MMAR)

The Pacer Swan SOS Moderate March ETF is a structured outcome fund from Pacer ETFs, managed with Swan Global Investments as part of its SOS (Structured Outcome Strategies) series. Its one-year outcome period begins in March.

The fund uses FLEX options on an ETF tracking the S&P 500 to seek the index's price return up to a cap while buffering a defined portion of losses over the period. The moderate version balances protection and upside between the series' conservative and more aggressive choices. Terms reset at the start of each new outcome period and apply in full only to investors who hold for the entire period.
