Tradr 2X Long MCHP Daily ETF (MCHU)

The Tradr 2X Long MCHP Daily ETF is a leveraged single-stock fund offered by Tradr ETFs. It seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Microchip Technology Inc., a semiconductor company best known for its microcontrollers and analog products.

The fund achieves its exposure primarily through swap agreements and similar derivatives. It rebalances daily to maintain its 2x target, so it is designed to deliver the multiple only for a single trading day. Over longer holding periods, compounding of daily returns can produce results that diverge meaningfully from twice the stock's cumulative return.
