LuxExperience B.V. (LUXE)

LuxExperience B.V. is a digital luxury retail group. It was formed from MYT Netherlands Parent B.V., the parent of Mytheresa, after its acquisition of YOOX Net-a-Porter from Richemont, and it brings together several online luxury fashion stores under one company.

Its businesses include Mytheresa, Net-a-Porter, Mr Porter, YOOX and the online flagship store operations that YOOX Net-a-Porter runs for luxury brands. The group sells designer womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, shoes, bags, accessories and fine jewelry from leading fashion houses to customers around the world, with a strong focus on high-spending clients.

The company is based in Munich, Germany, where Mytheresa was founded, and its American depositary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
