Kyivstar Group Ltd. (KYIV)

Kyivstar Group Ltd. is the holding company for Kyivstar, a mobile telecommunications operator in Ukraine. Kyivstar provides mobile voice and data services across the country, along with fixed-line broadband, enterprise connectivity and cloud services for business customers.

The company has expanded into digital services, including a TV and video streaming platform, the Helsi digital health platform and investments in other consumer apps, as part of a strategy to build a broader digital ecosystem in Ukraine. It has continued operating and rebuilding its network infrastructure throughout the war, and it is expected to play a role in the country's reconstruction.

Kyivstar has its operations in Kyiv and was long controlled by VEON. Kyivstar Group became listed on the Nasdaq in 2025 through a business combination with a special purpose acquisition company, making it the first Ukrainian company listed on a U.S. exchange.
